Our History
Avcı Birlik AŞ. entered the sector by stepping into construction and contracting works in Tarsus in 1978 under the management of Seydoş Avcı. Acting with the mission of building modern, high quality and reliable structures since the first years of its establishment, the company managed to become one of the leading construction companies in Tarsus in a short time.
1995
Avci Birlik Co. started construction and contracting works in Tarsus in 1995 under the management of SEYDOS AVCI.
2000
In the 2000s, we started to lay the modern foundations of Tarsus by starting 5-storey construction projects.
2005
In 2005, we signalled that we are the most assertive and corporate company of the region by successfully making our 5-block project, which is one of the biggest projects of Tarsus.
2010
In 2010, we realised the biggest construction project of Tarsus with our 10-block and 14-storey Kozacıoğlu project. With this project, we proved that we are the most reliable construction company of Tarsus.
2015
In 2015, we realised our Tarsus Panorama project. With this project, we built an excellent project that can be an example of modern and high quality construction in Tarsus.
2016
In 2016, we realised our Tarsus Panorama 2nd Stage project. With this project, we built an excellent project that can be an example of modern and quality construction in Tarsus.
2018
Loca Hill, which came to life in 2018, offered all these features and more together with useful living spaces, functional architecture and all these features you are looking for in the name of housing.
2020
In 2020, we signed our project consisting of 3 blocks of 82 4 + 1 and 3 + 1 flats, built on a green area of 5.178 m2.
2022
In 2022, we started the countdown for a new quality and equipped project and we have realised the project design of our new project Panorama Neva.
